A Nonna Rosa,
is a Rosé obtained from the thinning of Sangiovese grapes, from our Villa Castiglioni vineyard, harvested manually in September.
The grapes are vinified in white. After a soft pressing, the must is fermented in steel at a controlled temperature.
The maturation continues in vitrified cement tanks for about 7 months, before bottling.
This wine was born from an idea of sustainability, an element that has always characterized peasant culture.
Mauro and Tito Bisci wanted to dedicate this bottle to Nonna Rosa, a symbol of affection and family tradition.
