“Villa Castiglioni”
Rosso Marche I.G.T.
Sangiovese. The grapes are harvested in mid-October after careful selection. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks and matured for about 9 months in tonneaux. During the maceration period continuous pumping over and daily punching down are carried out. The result is a full-bodied wine suitable for longer ageing.
