The 2008 Verdicchio di Matelica offers up crisp pears, apples and flowers in a focused, vibrant style. The wine shows terrific clarity and definition, with pretty notes of minerality that frame the beautiful finish. This is a wonderful effort from Bisci. A. Galloni
